The Evergreen tiny house is 196 square feet plus a 90 square foot loft. All furniture and appliances are included in the Evergreen home. This tiny house has an electric fireplace, full size bed, t.v., full size refrigerator and range oven, microwave, full size shower, a pull out sleeper sofa, a 4 person dining table with built in storage and even a washer and dryer! Our design team has also created high ceilings that makes this tiny home feel spacious and cozy at the same time! The sleeping quarters are located in the loft and includes a full size mattress. The loft is also equipped with double pane UV protected side windows that are easy to clean.
This tiny home is designed to maximize every inch of space as possible. We have created built in storage features that will improve the function and flow of this model while remaining hidden and out of the way so you can enjoy your space.

Our custom options include interior and exterior paint color, choice of black or white appliances, paint color for interior elements such as cabinets and shelves, furniture color, hardware and counter colors. These custom options will give your home the look and feel that you want.
