5 Reasons You Should Go Tiny...TODAY!

February 21, 2017

The tiny house revolution has swept across the nation in the last decade, and it's no wonder! There are many benefits to going small, but we have listed out our top 5 reasons to go tiny!

#5. Less Footprint- Buck's Tiny Houses is a green company that uses many recycled materials to create products. We continuously work towards more sustainable products and methods of manufacturing. This was one of the important factors when we began building tiny homes. We wanted o create a product that used less recourses, and that was tiny living! While our homes may come with modern amenities like plumbing and electric, the amount used in a tiny home versus a traditional family sized home is substantial! Our customers may also choose to remove such items as plumbing and electric and have even more sustainable methods installed in order to achieve an even greater global effect!

#4. Less Work- Owning a tiny home is just that, tiny! Tiny home means tiny chores, and who doesn't love that?!?! When the space you are using is decreased, the amount of space needed to be cleaned is also lessened. This is such an obvious plus!

#3.Geographical Freedom- Our tiny homes come built onto custom trailers that turn your tiny home mobile! It is such freedom to be able to move or vacation with your tiny home in a new location, this is impossible in traditional living spaces!

#2. Less taxes & Insurance- Let's face it, almost EVERYTHING is cheaper when you're living tiny, and there is no exception when it comes to taxes and insurance which will see a significant decrease than a large home.

#1. Financial Freedom- Financial freedom rings in at our number one most important aspect of owning a tiny home. Owning a small home releases many people form a traditional 35 year loan and reduces monthly bills significantly. Not only does owning a tiny home get rid of unwanted mortgage bills but you will also see a decrease in things like electricity and water bills as well. It's easy to see that owning a tiny home brings financial freedom, so whats stopping you??
